What to expect

A full service real estate photo shoot typically takes 1.5 hours. Each project delivers web ready and print ready files, and a branded image slideshow [when requested]. The images captured will vary per location but typically include: exterior of building, lobby, offices, street line, kitchen, dining area, living room, bedrooms, utility room, backyard/terrace view, features, neighborhood, etc.

Most importantly, you can expect professionalism, dependability, and reliability. 
I work very hard on capturing the imagery you need to improve your brand.

Clients include: High End Real Estate Brokerages, Interior Designers, Design Showrooms, Mixed Martial Arts Organizations, Professional & Amateur Boxers, Kickboxers, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Competitors, Mixed Martial Arts Promotions, Private Clients, Actors, Models, Small Business Owners.

Terms of Service

Scheduling: Daytime shoots are scheduled between 10:00am - 1:00pm, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Please contact me via telephone (347-234-9776) no less than 48 hours before your preferred shoot time. The shoot will take up to 2 hours. 

Payment: Please be prepared to pay the photographer at the time of the shoot. Cash is preferred. Receipt/Invoice will be given.

Shoot: The homeowner/business owner or someone authorized by the homeowner/business owner (the agent) should be present at the shoot to give access to the property and to discuss any special considerations such as what should be included or excluded in shots. For full service packages, our goal at the shoot is to provide quality photos that include a front exterior, back exterior and all the major rooms such as living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom, master bath and bedrooms. Powder rooms, small bathrooms, utility rooms or garages are not a shooting priority unless you give us direction otherwise. These goals are subject to change according to the package chosen and the needs of the client. 

Preparation: Properties are photographed as is. The photo readiness and visual appearance of the property is the responsibility of the home owner/business owner. I suggest reviewing the "Preparing for your shoot" document for tips on how to make your property look its' best! Remember, you are preparing your home not just for photos, but also to entice potential buyers/customers. In many cases, home/business owners hire professional stagers to help them prepare their property for photos. It will be at the discretion of the photographer upon arrival to either shoot the home as is or return at a later date, in which there will be a rescheduling fee of $50 applied to the final bill. 

Our Lovely Pets: Please make sure pets are contained during the shoot. Pets are never included in photos and need to be out of the way during the shoot. 

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please give us 24 hours notice. There will be a cancellation charge of $50 if shoots are not canceled with in 24 hours. 

Photo Delivery:  Real Estate Photos will be edited and optimized for quality and delivered to you via your personal gallery folder within 2 business days. Interior Design photos will be edited and optimized for quality and delivered to you via your personal gallery folder within 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail with a link and instructions on downloading your photos. Photos will be prepared for online resolution. Print resolution is available upon request.

Photo Rights and Usage: REAL ESTATE LISTINGS: All photos produced for the client may be used by that client ONLY for all marketing associated with the CURRENT sale of the property in accordance with local MLS rules/state rules. Please note that the photographer will copyright the photos. A license granted only to the agent and their MLS and NOT to any other party. Any usage of the photos by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers is prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer. 

Photo Rights and Usage: INTERIOR DESIGN: All photos produced for the client may be used by that client ONLY for all marketing associated with the business under the LISTED ownership on the date of the photoshoot. Please note that the photographer will copyright the photos. A license granted only to the business owner and NOT to any other party. Any usage of the photos by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, real estate companies, sellers or buyers is prohibited unless APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE PHOTOGRAPHER. Should the designer wish to submit photos to a printed or online magazine for article, the designer is required to notify the photographer prior to submission and the designer is required to request the publication allow for proper photo credit listed as ' Chastity Cortijo Photography ©2015. 

Photographer Rights and Usage: The photographer maintains the copyright to all photos. Photos may be used in marketing material, posted on social media outlets and websites owned and operated by Chastity Cortijo with the intention of portfolio building and acquiring new clients. When posted on public forums under accounts owned by Chastity Cortijo, the photos will be displayed with the photographer's copyright.
